The Basics
If you have a truck or vehicle you believe kids and families would enjoy, we invite you to bring it. If our attendees are allowed to “touch it,” great. If not, we will still try to find a spot for you to show it off.
No charge to you, in fact, you receive 2 free tickets as our thank you for bringing your vehicle/truck. You are also welcome to host an activity table/tent or provide giveaways in the area next to your truck or vehicle. You are responsible for providing the table/tent.

The Details
- Please make sure your vehicle is in place by 8 a.m.
- Please fully participate in the Truck Time event. This includes interacting with attendees, remaining at the event until 1 p.m., and keeping a responsible adult near your vehicle at all times.
- Please refrain from flashing lights or having loud noises (sirens, horns, etc.) for the duration of the event. This is a sensory-friendly event.
- Giveaways are welcomed and encouraged! You are welcome to bring a pop-up tent for your area, please let us know if you will need space for that.
- No pets are allowed.
- No alcohol or other intoxicants, nor the use of tobacco products are permitted during the event.
